Battle Company Laser Tag

Just Laser Tag or Something More?

By News

2016 was another great year for Laser Tag Pro filled with progress and exciting new developments. We have officially moved into our newly renovated office building and we’re geared up and ready to tackle new projects in 2017.

Laser Tag Pro in Review

Some of you will remember four years ago when we introduced the Battle Rifle Pro. So much has happened since those early days. Exciting improvements have come to the Battle Rifle Pro and we saw the emergence of its bigger brother the Battle Rifle XL. As an accessory, the Utility Box has become incredibly versatile and our Wireless Headset made it possible to create even more unique game-play experiences for your customers. The BRX made its debut at CES 2016 and more recently, the BRM (metal-hybrid unit) and our new IR Grenade were at this year’s IAAPA tradeshow. Our hardware continues to prove its worth. In 2016 Laser Tag Pro equipment powered the highest throughput laser tag attraction in the world!

Laser Tag Pro Software Changes the Game

On the software side, EDGE has become the industry’s most robust game engine. Our handy tablet application, EDGE Terminal, lets you control gameplay on the go and empowers your staff to more efficiently manage your battlefield. The launch of the laser tag industry’s first mobile application, CallSign, along with our Enemy App were unprecedented and are now introducing smartphones into the game-play experience.

Laser Tag Pro Prototypes
You’ve seen our prototypes such as the Bow, Sword, and Ax which will become active parts of our system in the future. So much of what we are doing has never been seen in 30 years of laser tag which brings about a question; is Laser Tag Pro just another “laser tag company”?

Laser Tag Pro: Who Are We?
Over the last year our team has had a lot of internal discussion about our identity, our vision, and what we want to be moving forward. While – Laser Tag Pro – describes us as “experts in laser tag technology,” we feel this name does not capture the essence of what we are creating for the future of live gaming. Have you ever had to explain how your equipment is different from laser tag of the past? We all know it comes from people’s experiences with older technologies. Have you ever heard this kind of feedback before?

Same Old Laser Tag? Or Something More?

The reputation created by traditional phasers or basic mil-sim metal guns have hindered the public’s understanding of what a truly amazing live gaming experience can be. Would you buy a corded telephone today? How about a Walkman? Of course not because these have been replaced by smarter, more sophisticated technologies. To redefine the public’s perception of laser tag, we must become something more. While “Laser tag” is an aspect of what we do, our company is pursuing a greater vision for the future of gaming. Because of this, we are excited to unveil a new brand which we believe will usher in a new genre of live action entertainment for the masses and we’re calling it Battle Company!

Battle Company – Disrupting the Persona of Laser Tag

The power of our new brand will disrupt the public persona of laser tag by blending the best of video games with live-action sports. With the growth of our team and the resources of our new 13-acre property, you can expect more from our company. Whether a mobile entertainment trailer or a theme park attraction, Battle Company will offer new design services to build your attraction from the ground up. Expect some changes over the coming weeks as we roll out our new brand across our channels.

The next update from us will be about a major software release (EDGE 2.5). Let’s make 2017 the best year yet for live action gaming!

New Laser Tag Software, App, and Location?

By News

New software, app, and headquarters? That is right folks…today’s updates will feature a little of each. Let’s roll!

New Laser Tag Pro Enemy Software

The first premium add-on for EDGE has arrived and it’s via the new “Enemies” tab. The Enemies tab creates a brand new way for you to make money with your Laser Tag Pro equipment. With the Enemies software, you can program headsets to attack, take damage, and contribute to scoring, all while unpaired from the guns. Actors can wear a headset to become a living, moving target that players can shoot to score points. Want to make an enemy type who explodes on death? You can do it. How about a powerful boss with tons of HP worth 100 points? The Enemies menu makes it possible for you to instantly turn your equipment from a classic player-vs-player game to a player-vs-enemies game at the click of a button!

New App for Laser Tag – The Enemy App

For those that want more real-time control over their actors, the Enemy App is the answer. The Enemy App was first showcased last March and is another way to incorporate actors into live gameplay. By pairing one of our wireless headsets to a phone via Bluetooth you can program the actor to attack at predefined time intervals or upon upon taking damage. You can even program the app to attack when the enemy actor makes a gesture (our favorite)! Strap the phone to an actor using a forearm band. Now they can send off an attack with the swing of an arm. The app senses the motion using the phone’s accelerometer and tells the headset to send the attack! This is great if you want your customers to take hits in sequence with your actors’ motions.

You can also set the point value for each specific enemy which means you can hand out more points for boss kills. The Enemy app also communicates directly with EDGE over Wi-Fi which gives you the option to enable rankings and rewards, even when playing scenario-based games. Beyond the enemy features, we’ve added the ability to create a new hostage player type. When playing a hostage game, make sure you take your time when clearing a room! A hostage player can be killed by friendly fire which will end the game. The enemy app is available now for Android devices. Just search “Laser Tag Pro” in the Google Play Store and click on “Enemy App” to get the program.

(Note: Using the Enemies module in EDGE or the Enemy app requires an upgrade to your EDGE subscription. Check out lasertagpro.com/subscribe-to-edge to start a subscription or email us at info@lasertagpro.com if you are a current EDGE subscriber for upgrade options.)

EDGE 2.4 Released with CallSign Updates

New Laser Tag Pro Location

The last bit of news to share with you…we are moving! Laser Tag Pro has purchased a 13 acre property in the heart of Oak Creek, Wisconsin which will become our new homebase. The large property is furnished with 3 buildings that will provide the space needed to expand our manufacturing and entertainment operations. Our team will have both indoor and outdoor battlefields for testing which is critical to our continual R&D. Oak Creek is one of the fastest growing cities in the entire state of Wisconsin and we are excited to bring a one of kind attraction to the area. With keys in hand we will start the move in process next week. You can be excited for this property as it means better testing labs, space for new team members, improvements to our manufacturing processes, and a larger headquarters that will help us showcase the product and grow the Laser Tag Pro customer base.

At Laser Tag Pro, we’ve dedicated ourselves to developing innovative features that will help you create exclusive attractions for your business. With the world’s most advanced laser tag system, you can offer the most unique experiences that are way ahead of the competition. Stay tuned over the coming months, we will be unveiling several new and exciting projects that have been in the works. Stop by our booth (#2860) at IAAPA in Orlando this November if you want to see them in action. Laser Tag Pro, OVER AND OUT!

BRM – Metal Hybrid Laser Tag Gun

By News

Laser Tag Pro Creates a New Metal Laser Tag Gun

In last week’s update, we mentioned a new gun design that is in the works. Laser Tag Pro is excited to unveil what we believe to be one of the sharpest looking units in the industry and it’s called the BRM. The BRM is a metal hybrid, modeled after the M-4 rifle with a creative touch. It features a removable magazine similar to our Battle Rifle XL but also includes a charging handle for multi-stage reload simulation. The lower receiver, trigger, and charging handle are metal, while the upper is a lightweight poly-carbonate plastic used on our other gun models. This unit features additional rail mounts, a single point sling loop, gun-powered scope, quick swap battery pack, and rubber tip for safety. Also included in the design are standard fittings for different stocks and grips. This means you will be able to attach your favorite third-party stock and hand grips, similar to paintball and airsoft. This is truly one of the most diverse laser tag units we have ever created!

BRM – Metal Hybrid Laser Tag Gun Photos

Laser Tag Pro begins taking pre-orders on the BRM this week. If you are attending the Laser Tag Convention in Vegas or HAA Show in St. Louis make sure to stop by our booth to see the BRM and give us your feedback.

Laser Tag Pro Booth Blows Up IAAPA

By News

Laser Tag Pro at IAAPA – Guns, Laser Bow, Grenades, Special Project and More!

It was our 3rd year at the IAAPA attractions expo, and Laser Tag Pro blew up the show floor! This was our largest booth to date. We unveiled a number of exciting projects and system upgrades that kept our booth loaded with traffic.  Don’t worry if you didn’t make it out to the show, we’ve got your update right here. We’ve been working hard on the software over the past year and added some new devices to our product line that will take your battlefield to the next level. Make sure your shoes are tied tight because something here may knock your socks off!

BATTLE RIFLE PRO

laser-tag-pro-equipmentIt has arrived! The new Gen 4 Battle Rifle is on the market. We added some interesting color options as well as colored grips and tips. Some of the highlights include a bigger speaker, removable (and remotely rechargeable) battery pack, and direct power to your rail attached gun-sights. Anyone using red-dot sights with a separate battery will appreciate this upgrade. It’s time to shed those button-cell batteries and tap directly into the gun’s power source. We’ve increased the capacity of the battery and seated it inside a removable pack that allows for charging, separate from the gun. The new powering solution allows you to keep all of your guns in play with minimal down time. Exchanging batteries is a snap on the new Battle Rifle. It feels a lot like changing a battery on a cordless power tool, except these batteries will keep you going for hours before needing a recharge. Visit the [Gen 4 Battle Rifle Pro release page] https://lasertagpro.com/2015/10/14/best-laser-tag-guns-on-the-market/ to learn more about the latest changes to the BRP.

LASER TAG GRENADE

Looking to engineer some explosives into your games? Earlier this year we added emitters to our wireless headsets that give off explosive, splash, and other types of area damage (read more about our new wireless head-sensors here https://lasertagpro.com/2015/07/09/best-wireless-head-sensors-laser-tag/). Although the headsets are great for area effects, we went one step further and created a grenade that will enhance this critical combat feature, all the more. Our prototype was literally blowing up our booth all week long. This baby packs a punch when rolled near a group of enemy players and like everything else we create can be updated with different grenade types. Trying to capture a guarded flag? Give the enemy a little explosive surprise before you move in to grab their flag! Whatever way you decide to add this accessory to your battlefield, it’s sure to get your customers’ blood pumping.

LASER BOW

Laser Tag Bow

There is no doubt that Laser Tag Pro’s newly unveiled Laser Bow is one of the most unique laser tag devices in the industry. Movies such as The Hunger Games, The Lord of the Rings, and The Avengers have created a lot of excitement for bow gameplay. We’ve created a futuristic recurve bow where you pull back the string and fire. What’s really cool is that the bow senses the amount of pull and adjusts damage accordingly. Hear the stretch of the bow as you draw the string back, listen to the release of the arrow; the lights and sounds on this device make for a truly immersive experience. The Laser Bow provides an opportunity to add class-based gameplay to your existing system; or create an army of archers by equipping your battlefield with an entire set! The bow is projected to be available for purchase in 2016.

SOFTWARE

For those of you familiar with Laser Tag Pros vision, you know our aim is to create the most advanced and exciting live-action combat-gaming experience in existence. We’ve added some great features to the guns to enhance the user’s experience. For the business owner, we’ve boosted the level of control and gameplay options with our software (EDGE), providing full battlefield control. Since its release we’ve added rule-based integration, Utility Box control, and some really fun game modes. Want a game that automatically ends when certain player types are eliminated from the game? How about the first team to gain 1000 points in a King of the Hill game? What about a flag game where you have to capture the flag 3 times to win? Or maybe you want to put a twist on the tradition timed game, where players weapons upgrade with each kill they get? All of these and many more possibilities are accessible using EDGE. Starting a game is a breeze whether you have 20 or 50 guns and the automation controls the game parameters for you. No matter how many guns you are operating you will find EDGE to be an invaluable component of your business. Current customers can expect an update release very soon with the latest features.

laser-tag-pro-customers

We’ve received some great feedback from our customers and are continuing to optimize and add features to the software. The next version of EDGE is really exciting, we are on the verge of implementing the smartphone app, Call Sign, so that players can log into your facility, keep their stats, connect with their friends, and level up to unlock weapons and rewards that you have defined for your business. Not only that but it will open up new ways to integrate with the game in ways not utilized ever before in the industry. Customers will have a deep connection to your business and experience when they download the Call Sign app. This will give you direct access to them on their favorite smart device.

PROJECT X???

To top it off, we have been working on a special project that we believe will revolutionize the entirety of the laser tag industry and live action gaming as we know it. It has already opened huge doors for us giving us the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most exciting video game developers in the world. Imagine your customers stepping into their favorite first-person shooter, complete with all of the visuals, graphics, sounds, and gameplay elements. This is the infusion of live action gameplay with modern video gaming. Call Sign will enable you to offer this type of gameplay on your battlefield and control all of the action using your EDGE game engine. We’ll have more details as the project unfolds, so keep a close watch on LaserTagPro.com.

CURRENT CUSTOMER PROMOTION

To take full advantage of all the new equipment Laser Tag Pro has to offer, we are announcing a one-time promotion for existing customers. If you are a customer operating with any previous generation equipment, you can get trade-in credit towards the purchase of a new set of Gen 4 Battle Rifles or Battle Rifle XLs. If you would like more details, call our sales line at 888-798-9616 xt.1 to upgrade your gear!

Best Laser Tag Guns on the Market?

By News

Since the unveiling of the Battle Rifle in December of 2012, our followers have watched Laser Tag Pro push the industry forward through the evolution of its products. In just a few short years, the Battle Rifle Pro has been tested throughout the world and continuously improved all along the way. We’ve enhanced our gear with upgrades like more powerful processors, Wi-Fi technology, larger speaker, improved battery life, and wireless Bluetooth head-sensor technology (getting away from those pesky wired headsets).

The Battle Rifle Pro has without a doubt become a top choice for people starting a laser tag business. Although our equipment provides a premium laser tag experience, we are never satisfied. Staying true to our mission of driving innovation, the Battle Rifle Pro and XL models have received yet another upgrade! This is our most ambitious overhaul ever and we believe the Battle Rifle Pro has become the BEST LASER TAG GUN on the market! That is what we think anyways….so let’s take a look at the changes so you can decide.

Best Laser Tag Gun?

First off, the Battle Rifle Pro received a brand new main-PCB layout. This newly designed motherboard is an improved hardware-platform making great new features possible. One of the first changes we made was to the sound quality. The Battle Rifle comes equipped with an SD card module and better audio processing abilities. How does this improve audio, you ask? The SD card expands the storage capacity of the gun and allows us to go from 60 to 800+ sound effects! Moreover, most units in the industry including older versions of our Battle Rifle could only play a single sound effect at a time. With improved audio processing, we are now able to do audio mixing and have the ability to play multiple sound effects, simultaneously. A simple example is while firing your weapon and receiving a hit. Both sounds can play without cancelling each other out.

We even took the audio one step further by adding a better amplifier pushing sound through a larger, more powerful speaker. This makes for the most immersive audio experience yet. The sound quality is awesome! If you want to see the difference, stop by our booth at IAAPA this year and hear for yourself.

Class 1 Laser Certification Means Better Range

If the beefy new audio isn’t enough to get you excited then our new FDA Class 1 laser-certification is certain to catch your interest. This is a big deal. It took months of hard work and thousands of dollars to get this certification. Our units have moved away from the commonly used infrared-LED emitters. LED emitters decrease in performance over time and lack the ability reach longer ranges in full sunlight. Many companies make claims about the range of their units, but the real test is not on the INDOOR tradeshow-floor. The important question is how do they perform in full sunlight…at the worst time of day…with no clouds in the sky? This is the way to determine the true range of a product, and this is how we preformed our tests.  Zach, our Chief Engineer has dedicated the last 6 years of his life to laser tag with an emphasis in outdoor combat. His work on the Class 1 certification project has given the Battle Rifle a consistent range of over 2 football fields in the worst of conditions. The laser’s range encompasses any reasonable shot distance that might be needed when playing outdoor laser tag. Even so, keep in mind that at dusk the laser’s range doubles, and at night…well it gets pretty ridiculous!  With this kind of shot-range and clear visibility from the ultra-bright LED headsets, the Battle Rifle Pro and XL have become the perfect solution for any environment.

Adjustable Spread?

But wait….there’s more! As you might know, when a laser tag gun is shot the beam begins to spread as it gets further away from the emitter. This can be a problem for longer shots as the hit radius becomes very large. The advantage of using an actual laser is that it maintains greater control over this spread, keeping a tighter beam. In fact, an IR LED emitter allows for a hit radius that can be 4x larger in its spread than a Class 1 emitter system. It’s kind of like launching a minivan at someone…not very tactical. Due to the science behind it, a real laser will simply have a more consistent and playable hit radius than its inferior IR LED counterpart.

The new Battle Rifle Pro and XL guns come equipped with an adjustable barrel click-tube. What does this mean for people who do close quarter/indoor combat? You can adjust the focal length of your equipment to change the spread of your shot. Think of how you would change the beam of an adjustable flashlight, this is similar to the control you will now have over your Battle Rifle with the click-tube. Using a special tool that comes with your equipment, you will be able quickly adjust the spread to best meet your needs. Want a more hardcore tactical game that requires supreme accuracy? Simply adjust the tube. Have a small group of kids and you want to ease up on the aiming? Adjust the tube. Combining the already available software settings for range with the click-tube offers precise control over your armory. With all we have done control the shot range, you might ask, “What else have you done for close combat?” A brand new feature we’ve added is an actual melee attack…that’s right… melee, unlocked by our new head sensor design! This is yet another way Laser Tag Pro is thinking outside the box.

Upgrading Your Firmware

Our current customers know one of the great features of the Battle Rifle is upgrading its firmware via the firmware cable.  The ability to update your software is a big reason people choose us over the competition. Because this is such an important feature of our equipment, we decided to improve the process. Updating previous generation equipment used a separate, flash-loader program. While this process worked quiet well, we decided to remove the RJ45 module and replace it with standard micro-USB boot loader hardware, similar to what you might find on your cell phone. Updating your firmware is now easier than ever before. Connect to your computer by simply holding down the reload button while powering up your unit. A folder opens up just like a USB thumb drive allowing you to drag and drop the latest firmware file onto your gun. It’s fast, easy, and simple to perform.

Big Battery Improvements

Another significant change was to the battery. When using more powerful technologies like Wi-Fi, lasers, fancy lighting effects, and larger speakers you increase the need for power. To handle this we doubled the size of the rechargeable battery. Not only did we increase the size but we made it an independent, removable pack similar to what you might see on a cordless power tool. No need for a screw driver to swap out your batteries. Now you can use the same key that powers your gun to quickly change out the battery. Furthermore, we’ve added a charging circuit to the battery pack housing so you can charge the batteries directly, even if they are removed from the gun! For those that are looking for more life out of the same battery, we’ve added a power-saving mode to the software which optimizes power consumption. When you are in the middle of running an event, the last thing you want to worry about is dead batteries. With our new powering solution you will find yourself with limitless battery potential.

Bluetooth, LEDs, and Powered Scopes

Are you dazzled? Just a few more notable changes for you,

  • We’ve added an auxiliary Bluetooth module. While the primary Bluetooth is used to connect to the wireless head-sensors, the second module opens up the ability for pairing to a smartphone, vest, or other accessories.
  • Ever forget to turn off your scopes at closing time? The days of buying expensive coin-cell batteries are over because now you can tap directly into the gun battery to power your scopes. We’ve added an external power jack so when you turn on the guns, your scopes power right up. Not only will this save you money on non-rechargeable batteries, it will eliminate the need to manage the power status of your scopes altogether saving you time. Be sure to ask about our scopes, we developed a custom solution that is compatible with the Battle Rifle hardware.
  • The Health LED Bars also saw an upgrade with 12 addressable LEDs. We can now add more color choices and special lighting effects beyond visible health indications.

The Best Laser Tag Gun on the Market?

The Battle Rifle Pro and XL, we believe, has become the best laser tag system money can buy. These new and improved features, our EDGE Game Engine, all the way to our new wireless head-sensors have created an incredibly robust system for businesses, at the right price. Whether indoor or outdoor, Laser Tag Pro has you covered. Call us today or check us out in November at IAAPA to see for yourself. While we can call it the best gun money can buy, we want to know what you think.

Laser Tag Pro Secures License for Internet Ranking

By News

Laser Tag Pro has secured a license from iCOMBAT, for the use of 2 patents that will help enhance the playing experience for the company’s customers.

Laser Tag Pro is excited to announce we have finalized negotiations and secured a license for the use of two patents specific to scoring and ranking in the laser tag industry held by Universal Electronics, the parent company of iCombat.” said Aaron Fischer, CEO at Laser Tag Pro. “Securing this license removes limitations on certain features for our products and software. I believe forming a partnership is positive for our customers and our company, moving forward.”

Laser Tag Patents

iCOMBAT received two patents from the United States Patent Office in 2013 for a system that allows for real time internet ranking of players. “Through this partnership, Laser Tag Pro will be able to offer its customers the latest versions of iCOMBAT’s technology for ranking and scoring,” said Rick Jensen, President of iCOMBAT. “We look forward to forming additional partnerships with other laser tag companies in the near future.”

Wireless Laser Tag Head Sensors New Design

By News

We are excited to unveil a small project we have been working on over the last few months….all new wireless head sensors! We have redesigned these head sensors from the ground up! They have some really cool features that will open up all kinds of new game play possibilities. Let’s take a look at what makes them so special!

New Wireless Head Sensor Design

Like before our head sensors use a special soft plastic which is comfortable to wear.  The material is easy to disinfect, just take a wipe and swipe it clean. There is no Velcro where domes can pop off nor gear that needs to be put through a washing machine. Just squeaky clean for your customers. One of the first things you may have notice is the flattened out sensor domes. This gives them a sleeker look. Then, we increased the number of sensors from 3 to 4 which helps to ensure 360 degrees of coverage. When it comes to putting the head sensors on… things just got easier. We swapped out the hard plastic cord with a softer, stretchier material that makes finding the perfect fit a breeze.  Changing out players is now quicker than ever before.

wireless-headset

LED’s and Visibility

color-led-head-sensorsThose using our existing head sensors have already experienced the benefit of multiple team colors compared to head sensors that flash only red, commonly found in the industry. While this has been a great feature for better team recognition we wanted to take things further. The new color LEDs can be programmed individually allowing us to create more exciting lighting effects. To make things even better, we added a second LED to every sensor that is ULTRA bright! This makes our head sensors more visible outdoors in full sunlight than any other one on the market. Our engineers tested ranges from 100 to up to 1000 ft and the flash was still visible! This is a huge improvement for customers who use our gears outdoors. You might think that these improvements were enough, but were not finished yet!

New Game Play Features

The main reason for the change in design was to open up brand new game-play possibilities. Unlike our old head sensors, the new head sensors come equipped with IR emitters! With this new hardware improvement, not only will players be able to receive damage but they can give damage in every direction. Players will have all new ways to interact on the battlefield. Abilities like melee attacks, explosive damage, healing abilities, and more are possible with the new headset! Imagine sneaking up behind a player and performing a stealth kill, receiving a health boost by staying near a squad leader, or how ’bout delivering splash damage to a group of enemies with a grenade launcher…Kaboom!

Our ability to innovate has once again unlocked new ways to experience laser tag and our commitment to drive technology forward in the industry is strong. Oh, if you’re wondering when the newly designed headsets will be available there is good news, they are already in production! If you are interested in placing a pre-order please reach out to our sales staff or fill out the contact form to get a quote. Expect more exciting news on the way!

EDGE Gaming Software Beta Annoucement

By News

We are excited to announce an official release date for the beta version of our brand new game engine, EDGE. This is an exciting milestone for us as a team, but more importantly it is an opportunity for our customers to unlock the full power of their Laser Tag Pro equipment. We have been working tirelessly to get this software to you and are happy to announce that on May 18th, 2015 the beta version of EDGE will be available for customers to download and use with their Laser Tag Pro systems.

Video Game Type Game Control For Laser Tag

The EDGE 1.0 game engine will focus first on game control.  EDGE allows you to create an endless number of weapon and player types, all with various options that can be saved as presets expediting game creation and execution. To create streamlined battlefield-experiences, business owners must have the ability to speedily administer settings on every one of their laser tag devices. EDGE empowers your laptop with the ability to configure each Battle Rifle Pro and Utility Box through the integrated WiFi modules already installed in your units.

Selecting a Game Mode

When you are ready to play, your saved games are readily available with weapon and player presets already applied. Simply select a game from your customized library, move to the lobby where you can add the desired number of players, and assign your guns. From the game lobby you will move to the versus screen that shows the teams, game time, and other critical pre-game information. Press the start button and the battle begins!

Laser Tag with Scoring and Kill Confirmation

By using EDGE you will have the ability to edit (referee) each individual player in game. You can change the number of lives or ammunition, equip players with different weapons, change their team, respawn on-the-fly, and even penalize players for breaking your rules.

Not only can you quickly control the game parameters, you have direct scoring information for every player. Scoring data can be displayed on a TV as well as the gun LCDs. At the end of the game each player’s kills, deaths, accuracy, and longest streak will show up directly on their taggers. EDGE also enables Kill Confirmation through WiFi communication. When a player eliminates an opponent, his tagger will make a sound so there is no question who got the kill.

If you would like a closer look at the EDGE game engine, we will have an intro video on the Laser Tag Pro customer portal very soon.

A Very Merry Laser Tag Christmas and Happy New Year!

By News

First off, on behalf of all the staff here at Laser Tag Pro we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We are truly appreciative that you have chosen us to be your laser tag equipment provider. You have been very supportive and have provided us with great feedback. Thank you!

Laser Tag Pro Recap 2014

2014 was exciting year and brought about many positive changes for our organization. It started with moving our operations from a 1,600 sq.ft. office-space to a larger 13,000 sq.ft. building where we constructed a Laser Tag Pro powered arena and testing facility. From there we brought on key personnel, adding Joe McGeorge (Chief of Operations) and laser tag extraordinaire Zach Dickerson (Chief Engineer). For those of you who worked with Jeremy Brown, he has moved on to a new position or as I prefer to say… the Colonel is M.I.A. (Missing in Action). His services were appreciated and we wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Laser Tag Pro continues to progress, sales are growing along with our popularity as we penetrate new and existing markets. This growth has helped us to constantly expand and improve our products. The Battle Rifle Pro received an infusion of code to support stability and add functionality. Abilities such as primary and secondary weapons, special weapon types, and better admin controls have helped to make our equipment the most feature rich units you can buy. We also introduced a new tagger to the family called the Battle Rifle XL that has a larger body, adjustable stock, and unique reloading system. The Utility Box saw improvements too, becoming one of the most useful accessories for your laser tag business. Our crowning jewel, EDGE, received a great deal of attention and development as it stands to become an extremely robust game-engine and software-application for the purposes of laser tag! Last year’s success provided us the momentum we needed to expand our product line. We overcame challenges, improved our equipment, extended our reach, and helped to push the industry forward.

Shaking Up the Laser Tag Industry in 2015

edge-game-engine-softwareWe at Laser Tag Pro believe that 2015 will be the most exciting year yet. Our WiFi software, EDGE, is on track to release during the first quarter. EDGE will truly empower your business to create the most exciting laser tag game imaginable. You will also see the release of our unique mobile application called CallSign which will add social and player interfacing elements to the game. On the hardware side, we have 2 new units for your armories that are in different phases of production. One being a metal/plastic hybrid and the other is a SECRET! If I told you I would have to…..! I won’t share those details yet but we will prove again why Laser Tag Pro is one of the most exciting manufacturers in the industry.

Each individual at Laser Tag Pro is hard at work everyday. We have become the fastest growing company in our space. You have made it possible by your support for us and the success you have made with your own business. I feel blessed to work with each and everyone of our business owners and look forward strengthening our bond as partners moving forward. Make 2015 your best year yet!

Moving Forward,
